80s Casual Classics Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a registered member to place an order online?
No you do not. You can place an order on line for a guest. However, they urge you become a member to spend time filling out your details each time you order. You’ll also be added to the mailing list and get discounts and voucher codes when we do online promotions.
What currencies can I use to place an order?
You can pay using various currencies. If you choose a currency from the drop down list in the upper right corner of the page, all of their costs will be displayed in that currency. When you are to pay for your purchase, you’ll be charged in the currency you’ve chosen.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Royal Mail will be used for regular shipping, non regular services will soon be couriers Interlink, DPD and UPS. This applies for both UK and International customers.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please do this by sealing the package up firmly and folding the unwanted items. Send them back through a documented delivery to the returns address, as stated on your bill, using a copy of your invoice within the parcel.
Please ensure that all tags stay attached to the returning item and that all trainer boxes are kept intact. Please, also ensure that your name and order number are clearly indicated on the coming paperwork so they are able to coincide with the returning item with your purchase. Buyers must maintain any stamp receipts before the order is refunded just if the package has to become lost in transit.
