on the phone one hour twenty minits to pay ballance on holliday then cut off hope im not going to loose my deposit

TUI cancelled my holiday, meant to commence this week, but now their phone lines are either out of service, or just offering a message stating they will "be in touch" Emails also bounce back unavailable. Not very good customer service, probably hoping everyone with a cancelled holiday will " Forget about £3k paid "

I have been trying to contact TUI for 3 weeks without success. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions. The last phone call I made was at 17:28 today 09/04/2020 and I was still on hold 50 minutes later listening to some mind destroying version of the Beach Boys 'Good Vibrations'

The reason for contacting them was to cancel my holiday as due to COVID

and working for the NHS I will not be able to go any time soon.

I have booked holidays with TUI in the past and probably will do again as I have always been happy to stay with them. They just need to sort the communication system out.
