If you selected Next Day Home delivery and put your order before 2pm, your order should arrive the following working day between 9am and 6pm. You will be guided via a text message or email if there is a delay.

What products can be returned?
Subject to the exceptions here, Debenhams is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery, for Click & Collect orders the 28 days begins after you’ve gotten your’Order Ready for Collection’ email. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card, in case you have used a Debenhams gift card your refund will be credited to the original card.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be complete. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Can I return to Debenhams after 28 days?
