Can I add to my Iceland order?
You can cancel your order up to 10:00 pm the day before delivery. Click into the ‘My Account’ section and you will find your order history. Amend the order and proceed to the checkout section to complete. Any amendments to the order will be confirmed by email – remember to check your spam/junk folder.
How much do you have to spend in Iceland for delivery?
The minimum spend is £25.00 after any discounts that have been applied to your order at the checkout. Please note orders between £25.00-£34.99 will have a £2.00 delivery charge. Orders over £35.00 will be delivered for free.
Can I get an Iceland bonus card online?
Simply visit your local Iceland store to pick up a Bonus Card, then register online to enjoy all the benefits.

How do I top up my Iceland Bonus Card?
Click ‘My Account’ and then ‘Manage Bonus Card’ and enter your Bonus Card number. Your current savings balance will be displayed. Click ‘Top Up’ and enter the amount you wish to save. Select your payment method and confirm your order.
