- click the ‘My Details & Settings’ tab
- go to ‘Other Services’
- select either debit card or credit card services and choose to activate your card

santander customer service is non existent!
Your socalled chat line is manned by useless robots who don’t understand simple questions. Please bring back your messaging service so that customers are helped by human beings.
Shouldnt even give one start I opened an account with them and put £240 in the account when I went to transfer to my own account or cash out wouldnt let me they put it under review and blocked my card and app I have 2 kids and out of money because of this bank
