No one answers an in store phone at the Boreham wood branch, it just rings and rings, where is everyone, all I want to do is order some decking and have it delivered, they’ve got the stock I’ve already checked, I’ve tried to call other branches and they cut the phone call off which is even more maddening

No one answers an in store phone at the Boreham wood branch, it just rings and rings, where is everyone, all I want to do is order some decking and have it delivered, they’ve got the stock I’ve already checked, I’ve tried to call other branches and they cut the phone call off which is even more maddening, I was promised by customer service that a manager would call me today, but nothing.

I have a delivery scheduled for next Monday (today is Friday) but now have a hospital appointment that coincides. It seems impossible to contact Wickes to make alternative arrangement. Went the contact us site at https://www.wickes.co.uk/contactus. This says "The best way to contact us is to complete our contact form.
