How can I pay my bills?

Here are the options you have to pay your bill:

Set up a direct debit

You can sign up for direct debit in the Clubhouse, you’ll just need to click on Bills and scroll down to Your payment method.


You can pay by debit or credit card online as soon as your bill is due through our Clubhouse.

Pay by debit or credit card through their Clubhouse app.

By phone

Call on 0333 777 0 777 to make payment by debit or credit card.

By BACS transfer

If you’d like to pay your bill by BACS (Banking Automated Credit System), use these details:

What speed is Utility Warehouse Broadband?

Standard Broadband can expect an average download speed of 11 Mbps. The maximum possible speed is 16 Mbps. Ultra can expect an average download speed of 35 Mbps.

Can I use my own router with Utility Warehouse?

Yes, you can! But you’ll need to make sure your router isn’t locked by your previous provider. When you sign up to them, they will send you your username and password, so you connect your own router.

How much does it cost to join Utility Warehouse?

The joining fee is £100 and this includes full training and a comprehensive range of materials to help you start to run your new business. If you join them as a new partner and have a customer account it will only cost £50 to join.
