What happens if I go over my credit limit?
They’ll send you a text message in case you are getting near your credit limit. If you go over at any given moment throughout the month, then you’ll be billed a fee of £12. This may appear on the next statement. You’ll also shed any promotional charges you have in your accounts at that moment.
I’ve forgotten my credit card PIN
If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you won’t be able to change your number at a cash machine. For security reasons, you’ll need to call on 0333 220 2691 – they will send you a new PIN in the post.
