Dear easyJet
I am not happy with your voucher system for disrupted flights.
First of all you make it extremely difficult to get the money reimbursed for disrupted flights. Instead you send so many e-mails that you call vouchers.
So I end up these silly easyJet vouchers. How can I redeem them?
The whole system is accompanied by rules and regulations so confusing one should have at least a degree in law to understand it all. In good English: It's a bloody mess.
But there is an easier way.
If you want to learn how to do it right go to the French rail company SNCF who simply refund the money or the Austrian rail company ÖBB that give you 10 years to use a voucher and deduct any new booking from the total. Their truly EASY ways do not alienate me. On the contrary, I remain their loyal customer.
Best regards, Jim
