Booked a birthday trip for my wife. Airline cancelled the outbound flight. But we’re still booked on the inbound flight. Promised refund for outbound but received nothing as yet. Absolute joke of a company. Please go somewhere else.
We booked return flights. The outbound flight is cancelled by the airline but I’m still having to pay for the return flight as it’s not cancelled. What a joke of a company.
