Wowcher is a definite fraudulent site. Ordered and paid for item that still hasn’t been delivered. No emails or record of my order so can’t claim money back even though I paid through PayPal, and my payment has been taken, without an order confirmation I won’t get my money back, Don’t trust and will never buy again from them.
No Stars!! Like the person below, I can not talk to a person, just a robot. No empathy or humanity. Just a NO, NO REFUND,NO CREDIT NOTE. Avoid at all cost, unless you want to waste your money. Waste of space

bad experience and I am not done yet with Wowcher. They are fraud, they took my son's money and manipulated hem to pay more by redeeming the order. We didn't get the product and even not refunded. Your ability to answer any questions is non existent. The service i have had (except for taking the money) leaves a lot to be desired. As for being able to find a reason why my goods have not been delivered, i would have better chances of finding Shergar.

I ordered a smart watch via a Wowcher code. The watch arrived, was not fit for purpose so I sought instructions on how to return it. I was not asked for a return slip. I sent the watch back to the address given. 1 week on, nothing has been done about it. the live chat was rude and unhelpful. I was not given a return slip, just the order and customer numbers. My proof of postage is unfortunately sitting in my school office until September as the school is now in self isolation so i can't get at it for obvious reasons. This was not good enough for the so called help chat operator. This is a service not fit for purpose. They have effectively robbed me of the price I paid for the voucher and I will never use them again. Please avoid at all costs
