Can I Have a Refund if I Cancel my Booking?

With the exception of refunds made in connection with disturbance, just certain ticket types can be cancelled in accordance with the 24-hour Refund Policy within certain time periods.

Will I Receive Tickets?

Flybe don’t offer physical tickets for flights. Rather, you are emailed a copy of your booking confirmation within a day of a booking made either online or via our Contact Centre.

What can I do if I have accidentally double-booked?

You will learn you have made a duplicate booking if you get two confirmation emails with a different Booking Reference number in each. If you get two emails but both Booking Reference numbers will be the same, you’ve not double-booked.

If you’ve made a duplicate booking by accident, please contact our Refunds department as soon as possible.

Can I check in online with Flybe?
