A complete joke of a company customer service terrible car was damaged by loose kerb stone in parking bay at local store and company asked me for 2 qoutes of repair from local garages then to leave me with no response for over 6 months and to be fobbed off by them telling me there carpark didnt damage my car yet they have now repaired the carpark ! And left me a without my car or any help regarding this matter after store manager agreed after wayching in ident happen on store cctv terrible customer service and bad company support local buisnesses not corprate companys like these who dont care about customer just money hungry

I was in your Doncaster Centurion way store today & your staff there are very nice, there was a young lady with dark hair on the door allowing customers in called Rebecca , she was then back in store working & i asked her about mens hankerchiefs,she tried to help me & then found what i was looking for & came looking for me in the shop of which i found was so very kind & helpful, she didnt have to do that , but she did, so thankyou,great service.xx
