Why has my order been cancelled?
If the item (s) you’ve ordered is out of stock at the time of packing your order, they need to cancel it. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund, depending on your payment method

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed they are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. They advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.
How long will it take you to process a refund?
It can take up to 5 working days for your refund to then show in your account, depending on your payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, then please contact their Customer Care team. who will be happy to look in to this.
I have faulty/damaged items
