What is the cost of the Kuoni deposit?
The deposit for your holiday is £175 per passenger or 10% of the total holiday cost whichever is greater.
When is my balance payment due?
The balance payment for your holiday will be due 61 days before you travel.
What is my baggage allowance?
Your baggage allowance will depend on your airline, class of travel and itinerary and will be shown on your tickets which you will receive 10/14 days prior to departure.
How will I know if my booking has been cancelled?
A cancellation invoice will be sent to you or your travel agent within 7 days of receipt of your written cancellation. If you do not receive this please contact Kuoni immediately in order to prevent an increase in charges.
