Walton on Thames ,high street MacDonald clearly lacks customer service and training for both the team and the managers . When first MC Plant arrived in this store , we were excited and placed an order for double patties . The manager during that period he did served us . After a week we came again for double patties and that time was an elderly female manager . She said no directly to us and we were confused . Whenever she was in her shift she always said NO to us. We didn't wanted to complain to the head office because we thought they were clearly confused with the new menu . But last week incident made me to complain. Again I asked for double patties but this time there was a boy in the tills and he said directly No, we.dont do it. And I asked the same elderly English female manager for extra ketchup in which she just gave me one . And again I asked her and she reluctantly gave me another . Definitely no customer service and lack of training .
Well done for pulling out of Russia !
