Eastbourne, East Sussex drive-thru. I sat next to my son as he phoned and spoke to the manager to say he received the wrong meal. She accused him of being rude, which he most certainly wasn't, and hung up on him. I drove to the restaurant to complain and ask for my money back or replacement meal. She would not do this as said he should have checked his receipt as what he got was what was on it. He did not check his receipt but still didn't get what he asked for. There was no apology for calling him rude or hanging up on him. Disgusting customer service.
Inept staff and shockingly rude, insensitive and insulting manager. The manager at Sittingbourne called me fat.
I did not receive my £16.76 worth of Mac Donald’s ordered through the just eat app. Instead I was delivered a £4.79 meal. My order number was 1093709803 the order number l received was 7d003. Upon phoning the Southgate Mac Donald’s the shift manager informed me that my order was still there and was up to me to get a refund for my food as it was not Mac Donald’s mistake. In fact he was actually incredibly rude and certainly had no customer services skills what so ever. I do not understand how they give out an order to a driver with such different numbers!....I am still awaiting my refund .
