When should I get my booking confirmation?
They will email you your booking confirmation within 24 / 48 hours of booking to the email address you gave them when you booked. In a few rare occasions, if you don’t receive their email within this time, please check your spam/junk folder in case it has found it’s way there. When do I pay the balance of my holiday?
The balance of your holiday must be paid 90 days before departure or by the balance due date notified to you. Your balance is also shown on your payment summary sent to you with your booking confirmation. If you have a booking reference starting with ‘TT’ you can check your current balance on the My Booking page.
