How do I cancel a standing order online TSB?
Simply log in to your mobile banking app and tap the three blue dots on the right side of your account. Then tap ‘Standing orders’, and choose ‘Set up a standing order’. If you already have a standing order, then tap on the existing standing order and select ‘amend standing order’ or ‘cancel standing order’.
I have lost my card. How can I report it?
Via the App
The fastest way to report a card lost or stolen is via the TSB Mobile Banking app. In the app, just select ‘Manage cards and PINs’ then follow the easy steps.

Just go to ‘Lost and Stolen Cards’ under ‘Your account tools’.

What happens to my lost or stolen card?
Your lost or stolen card will stop working immediately, which means no further payments can be made.
Once a card is cancelled, it can’t be reinstated. If you find a lost card after completing this process, you’ll need to destroy it and wait for your replacement to arrive to carry out card activities.
