How do I return an item?
Simply request a return online via My Account. All you need to do is:
- Log in to My Account
- Select the ‘Returns’ tab
- Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to return
- Follow the returns instructions, select your return option and you’re done!
How do I track my order?
- Access the ‘Recent Orders’ tab on My Account (you will need to log in if you haven’t already)
- Find your order, then click ‘Track Parcel’ to reveal the latest information on your order status.
- If your item is being delivered by Yodel, Arrow XL or Royal Mail you’ll see an icon that will take you direct to their website, once your item has been dispatched.
- You’ll be able to get up to date tracking information and make amendments to your delivery if available.
Will you refund my delivery charge?
They’ll refund the shipping cost where there all of the goods within an arrangement are faulty. They’ll refund the standard shipping charge if you cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
