They have 3 ways that you can purchase from Wilko, in a wilko store, online at wilko.com or over the phone by calling thier Customer Care team.

Do Wilko do refunds?

If something’s not right, you can return the product to them within 28 days and they will gladly refund or exchange.

How long does Wilko take to deliver?

Order before 5pm and your order will be delivered to your chosen address within 4 working days between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order after 5 pm and your order will be delivered to your chosen address within 5 working days between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order online. Alternatively, you can track your order through the link in your dispatch email or through the order details section of your wilko account.

I’d like to cancel my order

Once an order has been placed with wilko and you have received your order confirmation, they are unable to amend the order or delivery. However, they will do our best to intervene and cancel the order before it is dispatched. You can request an order cancellation by contacting Wilko Customer Care team.

How long does a refund take from Wilko?

Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card or PayPal account, depending on your card provider. If you’re returning the products, all that they ask is that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
