I have forgotten what buffering is. I can even get a connection up the garden. I find the tivo box user friendly, despite what one of their closest rivals saying whilst trying to pressure me to go back to them.
They came in my brand new house and made a huge mark/scratch on the wooden floor and black marks on the wall! They took pictures the same day and after a month the answer to my complaint was: there is no evidence that was our fault
