New broadband installation - I had an engineer appointment for between 1pm & 6pm on Monday July 11th so I took a half day off work , travelled 30 miles from home (60 mile round trip) to my new unfurnished holiday apartment and waited for 5 hours sitting on the window sill only for the engineer not to call. Filed a complaint via their website - no contact from them.
I will now take my business elsewhere.
My internet disconnects my phone when I walk out of the lounge. My house is small and it’s about 13 foot to my kitchen and it’s gone. It’s so frustrating when your paying for a service your not getting.
I have forgotten what buffering is. I can even get a connection up the garden. I find the tivo box user friendly, despite what one of their closest rivals saying whilst trying to pressure me to go back to them.
