Delivered the wrong item. Their customer service email doesn't accept emails and their customer services phone number doesn't connect to anything. Useless scum. Don't use them.
Complete lack of organisation and incompetence without any apparent concern for the customer. I rarely complete reviews on companies but Wickes have taken inaction and not caring to a new level. Yes we are all undergoing a difficult time with Covid but other companies are still managing to provide a service. Wickes IT systems are failing, their stock control is inadequate and contacting or getting responses via telephone or email is unbelievably frustrating. If ever I saw a company heading for disaster without a change of senior management and a revolution in their approach to customers it is Wickes.
Lost items, incorrect deliveries, faulty installation, terrible customer service, complete lack of project management and a counter top that got measured and cut incorrectly 3 times
