No one answers an in store phone at the Boreham wood branch, it just rings and rings, where is everyone, all I want to do is order some decking and have it delivered, they’ve got the stock I’ve already checked, I’ve tried to call other branches and they cut the phone call off which is even more maddening

I have a delivery scheduled for next Monday (today is Friday) but now have a hospital appointment that coincides. It seems impossible to contact Wickes to make alternative arrangement.
