I am disabled and scottish power said (estimated bills where £82,p/m in a one bedroom and hit with me a bill i couldnt pay and threatened to put my door in then they said i didnt qualify for a winter home bill even though i am then my boiler packed in they left me with no power for 24 h then charged me £100 to fix the fuse a £100 i never had now its mar 31 i want to give a meter reading they wint pick up the phone am better off taking my own life cos of the bullying tactics they deploy am disabled cant walk and they know this ivecgot a prepayment meter that uses £ 20 a fortnight so how can they charge me 80 odd poindxa nonth b4 when i have proved i use half of that they are horrible horrible people who put money b4 peoples lives.
Very very bad service. Im pregnant and dont have gas ..its been 3 days trying to call the Scottish power..they dont answer and if they do they keep hanging up. Im tired of this services. Its been 3 weeks im having trouble with them. Please dont join them. They dont care about they customer.
Pretty rubbish. Right hand doesnt know what what left is up to. Tardy at getting back to you. Held to ransome. Cant change suppliers because of the type of meter I have.
Don't even read the site. The sales staff are very nice but the moment you sign up you have them trying to sell boiler cover, telling you they are sending a thermostat, asking about their staff and within a few hours I had cancelled all arrangements and made sure they cancelled my card. But a week later when I did want to switch to another company they refused me as they said Scottish Power were supplying me! They have never supplied my utilities I am still paying my previous provider. I was sent the thermostat the next day event though I told them I wasn't interested in them and did not want it sent but they said it comes from another company and when I tried to get hold of them that was even worse. I was told I could keep it. What a huge waste of time and money and a big headache. Go somewhere else.
Been messed around so much,, spoke to so many Scottish power call operators who said they’d help and supposed to have call backs yet no one as called,, got a faulty gas meter and they keep saying they’re coming to put new one in and no one as come,Beingovercharged and even charged from last October when we didn’t even move in the house until November ?? So fed up now,, we have disabilities too,,, at the end of our tether now,,, As soon as Scottish Power decide to actually sort our problem out we will be changing to a new supplier,,, absolutely abbismal service 😡
