I will never deal with very again in my lifetime absolutely shocking service bought my dad who’s 80 years old a hotpoint integrated fridge freezer November 2020 went faulty March 2021 after 3 visits from hotpoint it couldn’t be repaired was told it would be at least 30 days to receive a new one so asked for a refund which I got fridge freezer still in situ keep getting letters saying I’m due them money for the fridge freezer 10 months later but have phoned them 30 times no exaggeration for them to pick it up but no that’s too hard for them to organise spoke to them 3 weeks ago on phone for over an hour and was then told they don’t have me on record got another demanding letter last week phoned again and was told a manager would phone still waiting but not expecting a call from him so very you have 7 days to contact me or fridge freezer will be getting dumped as this is so upsetting for my dad rant over last chance for you

Tried to buy a black breadmaker got sent a white one so I spoke to a women who apologized and said we’ll collect it on Friday 17th which they didn’t a the post office Royal Mail driver said they’d been but no one came he lied there was no card no nothing but he will want paying but I told very I have cameras so ask him if he want to carry on lieing the lady said we’ll send you the correct one in black Saturday morning it wasn’t black it was yet again white so know I have two so I spoke to someone else who then said were so sorry don’t worry let’s get both white ones pick up for Monday 21/3/22 guess what yet again not been picked up I’ve wasted 2 days wages
On waiting for Royal Mail that very are using so in the morning I’m going to make a formally complaint even though I complained today 21/3/22 and the woman went it will take. Around 72hrs for someone to contact you so in the mean time I’ve 2 white bread makers and all I wanted was 1 black one more fool me for picking very when I could of gone else where and gad no messing

Pathetic company great when you are placing the order but try and contact them to complain impossible spent over one hour on the phone and problem not resolved. I've gave it one star but they don't even deserve that.

I give not even 1 star for this company. I am trying to contact them every way you try by phone or email these don’t exist anymore. Live chat wants to charge you to help. All I want is for someone to help as I can’t get into very account to make a payment as the system is down. Poor service

Discussed on the phone that my payday had changed, couldn’t do anything about it apparently but said they wouldn’t charge me the £12 late fee.. only had approx £148 to pay and yet still added the £12 late charge as well as another 20 odd quid on top baring in mind it was already confirmed on the phone last month I wouldn’t get charge and I still have, I’ve wrote to them 2-3 times through queries for the past few days and have had no replies from them about the situation back but yet still have had the automated messages saying I’m in arrears and need to pay. They came to an agreement last month knowing my changed circumstances and yet still had the audacity to go back on their word and charge me anyway but not only that, disrespectfully ignore my messages. I shall never be using them again and as said in the messages to them myself, will make personally make sure no1 else I know does either!
