Do you deliver on public holidays?

For large items, they deliver to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day)

For small items, a courier delivers on their behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).

Can you deliver large kitchen appliances on the same day I order?

They can’t deliver to your home but you may be able to select same day collection on Currys website. You can check which products are available to collect now and at which store when you select collection at checkout. Your item will be available for checkout 1 hour after you reserve it.

How long does it take to get a refund?

These can take up to 14 days to process. If you’ve been waiting longer than 14 days, then please contact Currys customer services team.

Can I return a product without proof a purchase?

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.

Can I cancel a Currys online order?

To cancel an order, fill in the contact form selecting ‘I want to cancel my order’ and their team will deal with your request. If payment for your order has already been taken, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be refunded.

How do I return something to Currys?

Online purchases must be returned or exchanged by post. Call on 0344 561 0000 to check whether your item is eligible for a return. If your item is eligible for a return, they will email you a returns label. Print this label, attach it to your parcel, and take it to any DPD Pickup Shop within 14 days of delivery.
