i used to work for euro car parts and needed information from hr dept i was given the runaround put onto customer service ,hung up on i now understand why euros has such a bad reputation for customer service so i now leave it in the hands of the dwp and tax office
the worse service, have been waiting six months for a refund and the staff keep ignoring my emails and promises a call back from manager and I never receive a call. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. WILL TAKE THEM COURT.
