How long do jet2 refunds take?
If they have been in touch with you about a refund, please allow up to 28 days for the payment to reach your account. If it’s been more than 28 days, this may be due to a failed refund, for example if your card has expired, so they will contact you as soon as we can to take updated account details.
How do I get jet2 refund?
All you need to do is log in to Manage My Booking and click on ‘cancel flights’. Once you’ve got your refund credit note, you’ll have to redeem it on a Jet2.com booking before the expiration date outlined in the terms and conditions, either online, via the app or through Jet2 call centre.
Can I take my own hot food and drinks onboard?
You may not bring hot food or hot drinks onboard the aircraft. However, they do offer a great selection of food and drinks to purchase during your flight.

Can I change the name on my booking?
For changes made through Jet2 Call Centre, you can make one name change per booking when you pay an administration fee of £35 (or local currency equivalent) per person, per one-way flight.
Can I change the date on my booking?
For date changes made through their Call Centre, Jet2 will charge the administration fee plus the difference (if any) in price between your original fare and today’s fare price. If the overall fare has decreased since making you made the original booking, no refund will be paid.
Delayed, Lost, Damaged Baggage and Lost Property
If you experience any loss, damage, or delay to your baggage you must tell their team straight away. Please make sure that you complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) before leaving the airport, as without this document their Customer Services team may not be able to process your claim. You will also need to keep a copy of the completed PIR.
