My rating is actually ZERO stars - this company are thee worst on the planet for customer care/customer service/contacting them via email or phone they actually don’t give a toss, making millions of £s and not bothering to fix the main issues.. soon this will be on watchdog on TV.. they will get exposed and go bust!! I’ve deleted the app and so should everyone, most take aways now offer their own app!!! Absolutely no benefit or ordering of just Shite anyway.. restaurants hate them/drivers hate them and now the customers are following suit!!! Again everyone should completely boycott them for 4 weeks and get rid of them!!! They need investigated
0 theese just eat driver's are getting away with it all thay wait till thay are due to go off at 12 but your food never arrives just say delivered i think thay need t check the driver an make delivery more secure and make shure the food is delivered terrible this just eat ad rather order of ubereat from jow ur food gets delivered rite aqay
Wish I could leave no stars. Order not delivered on the morning of NYE. Refund promised in writing. Still not received despite being told it would take 5-7 working days
