How do I exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item, you will have to return the unwanted item back to Next and re-order. In case the merchandise is returned to some Next shop, you’ll be refunded for the item within 2 working days. When an item is returned by Courier or by Post, the item will be credited within 14 days.

What happens if my payment is late?

If your payment is overdue this won’t show on your latest statement and will indicate that your payment will be overdue. As a result of this you might incur a late payment fee.

Could I change the shipping address?

Just update your delivery address by logging into’My Account’ and choosing the’Delivery Address’ choice on the left hand side. From this page, you can add up to 5 addresses on to your accounts. Please be aware that we are not able to change the delivery address once the order was placed.

I haven’t received a refund for my return?

Please allow two working days to be given a refund for returns made to Next stores and 14 times for returns produced by post or courier. In case you have a valid email address registered to your account, we will send confirmation of the return being processed.
