What payment method can I use to withdraw from my account?
Any withdrawals will be sent by electronic payment to your Nominated Account.
How do I log in to Internet Banking?
Click the orange ‘Internet Banking’ button that’s at the top of each page and you’ll be taken to the Internet Banking Log In page.
Press the ‘Log In’ button and you’ll be asked to enter your Internet Banking membership ID and password. Your Internet Banking membership ID is an eight-character sequence of letters and numbers that starts with ‘IB’ and you can find it in your Welcome Letter from them.
How do I change my PIN?
When you’re logged in, click on your account, select ‘My details’ in the menu on the left, and then ‘Change PIN’.
After choosing a new six-digit PIN, press ‘Continue’.
Can I cancel my application?
Yes, if you change your mind, just let us know and they can cancel your application.
