Wizzair cancelled my return flight and instead of refunding me straight back into my account it asks me to call a number that’s charging £1.45/min! I cannot use/check in my departure flight meanwhile, because it’s “overpaid”- the balance for the cancelled return flight blocks my account. Now, they don’t work weekends so I can’t get refunded&book another return, therefore I am in this limbo. What is this joke? It s definitely my last time flying with Wiz, why do I have to pay more than 10% to get refunded when they cancelled the return flight and not me. Terrible company and service.
