Where can I find a Brochure?
Since they’re always adding new attractions to make your next Butlin’s break exciting and fresh, they revealed that the information in their printed brochures kept heading out of date too fast. Therefore they won’t be sending any published brochures to our visitors.
Can I amend my booking?
To make a change to your booking, please get in touch with us via Live Chat, or log in to My Account to view your booking, request a verification, add dining, B-line and Activity Passes. Plus, make a payment and include guest information.
How do I cancel my vacation booking?
I have you’ve taken out Butlin’s Holiday Protection, to make a claim you will need to call their Customer Care team on 0330 100 6659 at least 48 hours before the beginning date of your break, then send in written proof, for example a court notification for jury service or a doctor’s certification, via recorded delivery of your reason for cancelling. We’ll then write to you within two days of getting the documentation to inform you whether they can provide a refund. There’ll be a £50 per lodging unit cancellation charge.

Can I upgrade my Butlins accommodation online?
You can set up an online ‘account’ where you can upgrade, book the food plan and any other extras. You should be able to do this as soon as you have a booking reference. Then you can also look at the timetable of activities a couple of weeks before arrival to plan your days.
Can I move my Butlins holiday?
Our coronavirus guarantee allows you to transfer your break to another available date, no later than 12 months from the date of your cancelled holiday. If the cost of the holiday is more expensive you will need to pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund you the difference.
