I would give it 0 starts but I want EVERYONE to know my story
I worked at Butlins for a week then sadly lost my friend, I told my manager what happened when I was crying my eyes out and I told her I need a break to recover, she turned around and then sacked me. I got SACKED because of my mental health

Just came bk from 80s weekend ,apartment dirty freezer not bn cleaned ,and the sofa was absolutely dirty lots stains ,couldnt sit on it ,made a complaint ,some one came over looked at it agreed with us ,said she coukd put a sheet over for the nite ,not acceptable,we said , freezer was cleaned ,cushions taken of to be cleaned ,but not bk till morning so only had hard dinning chairs to sit not ,,really need to step up on there cleaning ,have photos of the very disgusting cushions ,butlins u should be ashamed ,letting out apartments like this ,unhappy 3 ladies
Disappointing. Not enough staff to make enquiries. App is inaccurate with opening times etc. Wi-Fi is unreliable and unsecured. No system for leaving site for a day and then returning. Didn’t receive email to pre book our arrival time. Limited information everywhere you look. Chalet not very clean. LOTS of small niggles which you shouldn’t have when it’s the most expensive of the family holidays in uk.
Just back today from Adult weekend. The room was curtains were covered in old sick 😫. The room Sme Smelt horrible like urine. The sick was repulsive Especially considering we're living in a pandemic. We were in sliver so basic i expected but Actual sick Splattered up the curtains!!!!!!!!!

Fucking shit the 1 at skeg
Went to Butlins Skegness for the first time, me, my wife and two young kids. The kids really loved the splash park and the entertainment the red coats were lovely kind and helpful. But what really let the place down with the lack of restaurants we could walk into/book to have a meal each night. Due to the newly introduced “dinearound” dining plan (not value for money when you have a young family) every night all the restaurants were booked up by people (rightly so) on this plan which meant people like myself that opted for self cratering and wanted to go for a meal each evening in a restaurant were left with no options because there just wasn’t enough capacity in the restaurants to fit in both type of diners either walk ins or thoughts on the dining plan. I think Butlins need to either increase the amount of restaurants or scrap the dinearound plan.
