I am disgusted with the service available from Halifax Bank. I have been trying to cancel my credit card with them for weeks and their phone banking system is useless as you can never get them to understand your requirements. Fortuntely I will never need to do business with them again as soon as I can get confirmation from them my card and all arrangements have been cancelled. I would not recommend anyone to use Halifax Bank ever.

Opened a Halifax Reward account and have not received the promised reward for 2 months.I contacted them,but useless and incompetent customer support.

I can’t give any stars for rating on customer service. After spending an hour on the phone to Halifax card services and not resolving my complaint I was told there is no email address available for complaints and these can only be made via an online form! Then I find this. Shocking service and absolutely no responsibility accepted by them for my card being declined on Apple Pay.
