I have tried unsuccessfully to send an enquiry to Halifax Customer Services helpline, email address as published on the website numerous times, and my email is being returned “rejected”. What is the point in me bothering? I do not have the time to sit endlessly on the end of a phone hoping to eventually get it is too short. Absolutely hopeless Halifax.

My son has been treated appallingly by the Halifax. he had made an offer to clear a debt - had it accepted with a written confirmation that the rest of debt would be written off on receipt of the offer amount.This was paid immediately and he has now received a letter saying he owes the rest of the debt.Considering he has a brain injury and had sent all the proofs of this - I am appalled. This complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily and I asked for a call of apology from James Graham within a week of 2-3-21 who sent the letter and have not received this. i was also told on 2nd March 21 that as they cant discuss this issue with me even though my son is in hospital there was a letter on the way to him which surprisingly has not arrived. Can you tell me where to take my complaint to now please? Thank you.

Service is useless Sent two emails to your email helpline desk Both were undelivered Have now sent a third em il Will wait and see if I get a response I tried the phone service I waited twenty five minutes to speak to someone who spoke over me and when I eventually got a answer ,he put the phone down on me As someone else said on the review “how do you get a response from Halifax”
