I have tried unsuccessfully to send an enquiry to Halifax Customer Services helpline, email address as published on the website numerous times, and my email is being returned “rejected”. What is the point in me bothering? I do not have the time to sit endlessly on the end of a phone hoping to eventually get it answered.....life is too short. Absolutely hopeless Halifax.

 by Wendy jones

My son has been treated appallingly by the Halifax. he had made an offer to clear a debt - had it accepted with a written confirmation that the rest of debt would be written off on receipt of the offer amount. This was paid immediately and he has now received a letter saying he owes the rest of the debt.Considering he has a brain injury and had sent all the proofs of this - I am appalled. This complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily and I asked for a call of apology from James Graham within a week of 2-3-21 who sent the letter and have not received this. i was also told on 2nd March 21 that as they cant discuss this issue with me even though my son is in hospital there was a letter on the way to him which surprisingly has not arrived. Can you tell me where to take my complaint to now please? Thank you.

Service is useless Sent two emails to your email helpline desk Both were undelivered Have now sent a third em il Will wait and see if I get a response I tried the phone service I waited twenty five minutes to speak to someone who spoke over me and when I eventually got a answer ,he put the phone down on me As someone else said on the review “how do you get a response from Halifax”

 by Sandra

emails to any of the email accounts are not sent, undelivered! Only way of contact is telephone, long Q or post, which is fine.

But do not give out email addresses if they are void.

thankyou

e mails to [email protected] are being returned undeliverable.

I can’t give any stars for rating on customer service. After spending an hour on the phone to Halifax card services and not resolving my complaint I was told there is no email address available for complaints and these can only be made via an online form! Then I find this. Shocking service and absolutely no responsibility accepted by them for my card being declined on Apple Pay.

My Wife and I have been trying to log into our Accounts all day and we keep receiving a message saying our phone numbers are not recognised. My Wife has spent several hours on the phone to different teams who keep advising to close the app and try again. We have tried over 10 times and it is still showing the exact same message. We have been on to Technical Support and they have advised the same even though My Wife explained we had already done this on numerous occasions. The error still hasn't been fixed and the level of support we have been shown has been terrible. We are currently sorting our new mortgage with Halifax and our Home Insurance, but after the day we have experienced. I think we are going to have to rethink. Not a good experience at all

After 8 months with no call backs after numerous promises of a callback I'm still not dealt with 9 hour + of my call costs and all Halifax can offer is to send an email asking for priority on my complaint?! Sorry but I'm just being fobbed off at all opportunities

 by Stephen Forbes

I would like to say that you should bbe very proud of your employee anna from your disputes team who helped me with my stepdaughters problem. Anna,s professionalism and empathy was exemplary and is a credit to Halifax well done. Thank you. From Mr Stephen Forbes

Just received a text from Halifax regarding my visit yesterday. It stated that I had an enquiry with Dean Ratcliffe., and that they would like my feedback. Can't access the survey and unable to email so doing it this way. Firstly , I was withdrawing cash from my book, which I hasten to add that it was in old £20 notes, which I didn't want. But then I made a suggestion that the lady on the door could be spraying all customers hands entering the building instead of having sanitiser on the counter. This would make it better for customers and staff alike. This suggestion was fobbed off with the reply that there is some on the counter, after you had already used other areas of the building. She just didn't want to know. I would appreciate you thinking this suggestion over and look forward to halifaxs' reply.
