My rating is actually ZERO stars - this company are thee worst on the planet for customer care/customer service/contacting them via email or phone they actually don’t give a toss, making millions of £s and not bothering to fix the main issues.. soon this will be on watchdog on TV.. they will get exposed and go bust!! I’ve deleted the app and so should everyone, most take aways now offer their own app!!! Absolutely no benefit or ordering of just Shite anyway.. restaurants hate them/drivers hate them and now the customers are following suit!!! Ordered food f4om mcdonalds on the 4th January it came the coffee had leaked all over my food sent a messsage to just eat , ive sent various emails since and had no reply whatsoever apsolutely descraceful service
Received McDonalds order with large 2 of 3 large chips half full. Requested a refund from Just Eat and received this response 'All restaurants have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, which means I'm not able to offer you any compensation on this occasion'. Vile company i ordered mc donalds every day for over 8 months and the other day once again order came soaked in latte and delivery driver tried telling ne it was steam.... im sick of habing missing items and wet food.... uber eats manage to do it right and deliveroo but u cant.... they refused a refund becaise i made previous complaints where they refunded 70p here and tjere for missing items... this company is a totel joke and im taking this matter further i will litterly go to papers if i have too... im an nhs worker that has money and the person replied due to fact ive had refunds looking bavk on recent history they will not be refunding ne despite me sending in clear photographic evidence to prove the issues... i cabt believe i keot giving money to a shite chain like urs everyday sometimes twice daily knowing i would never lnow what state my food was gonna arrive in.
