I've waited two weeks for Vodafone to 'cleanse' my account so that I can log into 'My Vodafone'. Despite endless promises it still does not work, and cannot even amend the incorrect spelling of my first name. SIMPLY USELESS!

This company is a complete disgrace ! I have been contacted by THREE different Debt Collection Agencies for a debt I do not owe, which has been agreed and cleared by TWO different Vodafone employees. This saga has been going on since December 2020 when my phone was originally reported lost. I have it in writing from Debt Collection Agency number 2 in June 2021 that Vodafone asked them to cease collection of the debt. Why then have I now received a letter from a third company saying they have bought my account from Vodafone for collection. With a pile of correspondence under my belt, they can take me to Court where they will be seriously embarrased, such a load of incompetents ! I only wish I could contact their Customer Services Director.
