Vodafone randomly stopped taking my direct debit, by the time I noticed we were 3 months in with a fair debt for me to pay and trying to sort this out has been an absolute nightmare. Really shocking customer service to a long standing customer.
I've waited two weeks for Vodafone to 'cleanse' my account so that I can log into 'My Vodafone'. Despite endless promises it still does not work, and cannot even amend the incorrect spelling of my first name. SIMPLY USELESS!
Please can somebody help me to activate my new sim card
This company is a complete disgrace ! I have been contacted by THREE different Debt Collection Agencies for a debt I do not owe, which has been agreed and cleared by TWO different Vodafone employees. This saga has been going on since December 2020 when my phone was originally reported lost. I have it in writing from Debt Collection Agency number 2 in June 2021 that Vodafone asked them to cease collection of the debt. Why then have I now received a letter from a third company saying they have bought my account from Vodafone for collection. With a pile of correspondence under my belt, they can take me to Court where they will be seriously embarrased, such a load of incompetents ! I only wish I could contact their Customer Services Director.
I have had a vodafone uk mile account for over 20 years and paid very single month without fail. My direct debit got accidentally stopped last month when I moved bank accounts. I got an email from vodafone this morning to tell me I owed £24 unpaid that was due two weeks ago. Tried to get in touch but find my service has been cut. I cannot access my online account because the security code I need to log in is sent to me by text on my vodafone (which I now cannot access). Tried to call 24 hour support but offices are closed. Tried their Robot Chat - a one year old baby could do better. Thanks for a shitty service Vodofone. I will make sure I cancel my subscription as soon as current contract expires.
Cannot talk to a real person
The website is a joke, I have had bother all day trying to speak to someone. Service is shocking
To Whom it may concern
I have been a Business customer with Vodafone for over 20 years. I am coming to the end of my contract. I am appalled that Vodafone are gutless and " kow towing" to sinister far left extreme groups such as Stop Funding Hate and all sorts of cranks spewing out total woke nonsense trying to cancel GB news.I am NOT going to consider renewing my contract with Vodafone until you withdraw this ridiculous ban.

Vodafone customer service is rubbish as I my home broadband isn’t working for the last 4 days
I was a new customer transferring from Virgin Media due to their poor approach to customer loyalty. I received many messages confirming Vodafone's installation date and time. No one turned up and when I contacted the call centre, I was told I would have to re-book. I received no prior warning of the no-show and had no internet as a result. So I cancelled the contract due to non-fulfilment by Vodafone. A shocking introduction to Vodafone customer service and performance. Would have been no stars if that had been possible!
