I agree it is disgraceful.I too have been with Vodafone many years ,up till now had no problems getting good service however it has become so unreliable and irresponsible it beggars belief.Yes it is hard times for them as they too will be extra busy however these times they ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY .This world wide crisis has NOT STOPPED THEM from taking mine and other customers money .And this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.You will lose a lot of customers INCLUDING MINE through this lack of GOOD customer Service.

I've been with vodafone for years and only because dealing with online chat line is slightly easier than with the morons in the shops. Helpful as online chat is it takes literally hours to get anywhere and the luck of the draw to find someone helpful. Otherwise they just pass you from one "adviser" to another. I'm now looking to switch if I can ever get my Pak number from Vodafone!!!

Absolutely rubbish. When you're lucky enough to 'speak' to somebody via chat, the person is not knoledgeable, gives you wrong answers and you wait forever to check with others to give you an answer. Worse is they do not have their email address active. CS gives conflicting and wrong info and you can't prove this as you have nothing in writing. I think they got rid of the email address as they encourage CS to give the info it suits you and after that you not to be able to show they gave you this info.
The worst no one on chat online and email is not available as well.
