Numbers starting with 0800 or 0808 are called Freephone numbers. Since 1 July 2015, they’re free to call from landlines and mobile phones.

This applies to every UK landline and mobile – not just your Vodafone phone.

How do I activate a TopUp voucher?

You can activate your TopUp voucher using one of the following options:

  • In the My Vodafone app
  • Online at My Vodafone
  • Call 2345 free from your Vodafone Pay as you go phone
  • Dial *#1345* followed by your TopUp voucher number, then # (for example, *#1345*123456789123#)

How do I change my plan?

You have the freedom to change your plan every 30 days. Unlike upgrading, you don’t have to take out a new contract and your agreement end date will stay the same. Plus, if you change your mind, you can always switch back to your old plan within 14 days.

Go to the My Vodafone app and select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner, followed by Upgrade or change plan.

Alternatively, log in to My Vodafone online and go to Upgrade or change plan.
