When will my order be delivered?
They aim to deliver all orders within the stated lead times exhibited on product pages. Bear in mind that in case you’ve ordered a range of things, they could come in separate deliveries.
I have not received my delivery?
When the order doesn’t arrive on the specified day please contact client services. Please also check your email verification for possible separate delivery dates or carriers if you had multiple products in your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Usually your delivery address can be amended, but this will depend on the condition of the purchase. When it’s been shipped to the carrier and there are less than 48 hours for delivery, then it won’t be possible to change. If you’d like your order to be delivered to an alternate delivery address, please contact customer services.
Can I add to an existing order?
You’ll be able to add items to your order until you confirm your payment information and finish the purchase. Once the order is verified, you can not add items to the same order. If you would like to purchase more items, please place a new order.
I have not received my refund?
Please allow 7 days from cancellation or collection date for the refund to be process back to the issuing card, if 7 days have passed then please contact customer service to confirm the refund has been processed.
