Items delivered in the wrong gap hours
Wrong Items being delivered and no one available to collect them back even I insisted there is no room to keep them and it's not child safe to pile them in my livingroom as I have 2 children under 2 years old.
Not GDPR compliant as I can see the other person's name and adress on the label
Very poor customer service
Email gets sent straight back, only chance to return broken goods are to ring, but noone picks up. Terrible customer service
Just visited Ikea Edmonton - was charged twice for one item. Store was a mess, items on display but not for sale, trolleys for restocking abandoned everywhere and blocking the aisles, nobody staffing the food checkout. Have spent 20 minutes trying to complain, email given does not work
