What is Nike’s Returns Policy?
When you shop on Nike.com or in the Nike App, Nike give you 30 days to take your purchases for a trial run, confidently knowing you can return items (some exceptions apply) for any reason within those 30 days. That includes custom Nike By You sneakers. And remember, returns are always free for Nike members.
How Do I Exchange My Nike Order?
If you’ve taken your new Nike shoes, clothing or gear for their 30-day trial run, and you’ve decided—for any reason—they’re just not perfect, you can return your order or exchange the item for another size or colour. For an exchange, please contact Nike customer service team.
Where is my refund?
Once Nike receive your items, they will process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two to five business days. They will send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account. And if you paid with a Nike gift card, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after they issue it (you can check your balance online).
Can I cancel or change my Nike Order?
You can’t make changes, but you can cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it.
To cancel an order, first go to your orders page. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to enter your order number from your order confirmation email, along with your email address. Next, open the order you want to cancel, then tap or click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.
If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be cancelled. But don’t worry—you can return the items for any reason within 30 days.

You can easily check your balance online. Just enter your gift card number and PIN and they will show you the card balance.
