How to Complaints SuperBreak
They always aim to make sure you’re 100% happy with your break. However if your travel experience with didn’t meet your expectations, Customer Relations team will waiting to help you. If you encounter problems with your break whilst you’re away, you must immediately inform the supplier of the service(s) in question. If the issues cannot be resolved directly with the hotel, you must immediately contact Superbreak Customer Services on 01904 420440 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any complaints made after travel must be made in writing by e mailing email@example.com or posted to Superbreak, Artemis House, Eboracum Way, YO31 7RE. All complaints must be received within 28 days of your return.
Failure to follow the procedure set out in this clause may affect and the applicable supplier’s ability to investigate your complaint, and could affect your rights under agreement. Complaints received will be acknowledged and replied to within 28 days after the date they acknowledge it as per the ABTA code of conduct.
How do I make a booking?

Can I change my Booking?
Any amends or cancellations must be done via Superbreak, not the hotel directly.
Amendments: If you are wanting to amend you booking, you must do this via call centre. Either email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01904 717 362 quoting your booking reference number. Please note that administration charges apply when you amend your booking. This charge is £15 per amendment and will be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel you booking, you must do this via our call centre. Either email email@example.com or telephone 01904 717 362 quoting your booking reference number. Please note that cancellation charges apply. These charges vary depending upon the product type you have booked. For further details see our privacy and terms page for our cancellation terms and conditions.
Cancellations or amendments within 48 hours of arrival can only be accepted by telephone.
Can I book rail on its own?
Superbreak.com specialise in short break packages and as such, we only sell rail tickets with hotel accommodation. The only exception to this is airport rail which is available to most UK airports. Airport rail is only available for travellers who are travelling on an international flight and are carrying supporting travel documentation (e.g. flight tickets).
What type of hotels do that offer?
They specialise in booking 2-5 star hotel accommodation throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. They also offer a large selection of apartments in many beach resorts. They hold allocations of rooms at all hotels and apartments and they can book up to and including the day of departure online and in the call centre.
