How do I contact swiftcover?

How do I cancel my Swift cover insurance?

In most circumstances you can cancel your policy online in your Swift Space, but there are some situations where you might not be able to, for example, if you’ve got any outstanding actions or changes on your account. You can also give us a call on 0330 024 6394

Car cancellations within 14 days

By law, you’re entitled to a minimum 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel your policy.

There are two ways to cancel:

Back to the start date. This is your statutory right – and payment will be returned in full. If you cancel, it means that your car wasn’t insured by them.

Swiftcover can cover you for up to 14 days. If you cancel within this period, they will issue a pro-rata refund, so you only pay for the time you’ve been covered by Swiftcover

How to cancel your car insurance

Most of the time, you can cancel your policy in your Swift Space online account.
