How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password we’ll need to reset it for you. Simply follow the Forgotten Password instructions. For security reasons, they cannot send you your password via email.

Once you have received password reset link, it is only valid for 30 minutes. If this timeframe has passed, you will need to request a new link.

Where is my order?

Tracking your order has never been simpler and there is no need to contact their. All you need to do is log in to your account, select the order and click on the ‘tracking number’ link under the order summary box.

Can I return items from different orders in the same parcel?

No, you should return items separately as these items are linked to different orders.

Can I exchange an online purchase?

You can exchange your online purchase in a store within the UK or Republic of Ireland (excluding department stores).

Can I use a Gift Card to pay online?

Yes you can pay with Sterling Gift Cards online. Please select the Gift Card option at the checkout and enter the 16-digit card number.

The full balance will be taken off the card before any other payment method will be used. You can use up to 5 Gift Cards per transaction.

If your transaction is lower than the balance in your Gift Card(s) then you can use the Gift Card(s) at a later date.

I have not received my refund

They expect most parcels to be refunded within 14 days of posting. They will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.

Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
