I will never deal with very again in my lifetime absolutely shocking service bought my dad who’s 80 years old a hotpoint integrated fridge freezer November 2020 went faulty March 2021 after 3 visits from hotpoint it couldn’t be repaired was told it would be at least 30 days to receive a new one so asked for a refund which I got fridge freezer still in situ keep getting letters saying I’m due them money for the fridge freezer 10 months later but have phoned them 30 times no exaggeration for them to pick it up but no that’s too hard for them to organise spoke to them 3 weeks ago on phone for over an hour and was then told they don’t have me on record got another demanding letter last week phoned again and was told a manager would phone still waiting but not expecting a call from him so very you have 7 days to contact me or fridge freezer will be getting dumped as this is so upsetting for my dad rant over last chance for you
This company is horrendous for getting hold of an advisor to actually speak to
I paid very for a washing machine that they did not deliver and they are refusing to give money back. Possible theft. Would rate no stars
