“Your Parcel was delivered.” Yes! You’re right it was delivered. But not to me. Not to my address and I have photographic evidence of that - it’s a fun game to play spot the difference. Can I get a lost parcel form to claim it?? No! The seller has to do that. Is the seller doing it? Nope! Have i lost out time and money? Yes. Could yodel just email me a form? Well apparently no!! Would never use them to post parcels and am Now dreading another one coming via them.
Terrible terrible terrible , we have been lied to and told different story’s, I just want my parcel , the Yodel delivery drivers can’t even be bothered to get anywhere near the pin in the tracker map, they have been given directions , they have been given my telephone number and they just don’t get a fluff, my parcel was suppose to be delivered last Wednesday, nothing then I was told Thursday , nothing , then I was told Friday and Saturday and still nothing , Yodel is the ONLY delivery company that can’t find my address , every other company finds it easily , what is going on, I want my parcel

Amateurs-and they don’t tell the truth!
For the third delivery in a row, Yodel left the goods on the step outside the front door in full view from the road, far from “a safe place”. They did not leave a card through the letter box. Yet I received a text about 20 minutes after delivery stating goods had been left in a “safe place” and that a card had been left. Thankfully we got to the parcel before the rain did!!!! And this was the third time in a row! Amateurs! The address label even states where to leave the parcel when there is no reply to the door-bell!
