Beware, if you are using this service they will not be able to provide you with a collection time. Very poor service and will NOT be using again for collection and delivery services.
Disgusting service from Nottingham depot had parcel on 8th April had to keep phoning to find out when it would arrive loaded and unloaded from van 4times no reason why final phone call to complain yet again told they would email manager at Nottingham as reason why finally turned up on Wednesday 14 th of April after being held by them for 6days parcel need to look into problems at this depot
The local delivery driver is stealing my parcels. The last six deliveries I have had via Parcelforce have been delivered to a made-up neighbour at an address that doesn't exist. The address varies, and the name is different each time. I have never had a single attempted delivery at my address, even though all the other carriers seem to have no problems. I have no idea why any business would use Parcelforce.
